All items are made to order and shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and UK Public/Bank Holidays).

A Majority of our items are posted with Royal Mail.

Express shipping is available if you require your item urgently, as all our items are made to order, please factor in 1 - 2 days for production before dispatch. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

All our International orders are sent Tracked and/or Signed with Royal Mail or other Courier from the UK and once in the destination country parcels are passed to a delivery partner usually the national postal service and delivery is expected between 7 -  25 days.

If an item is returned due to the address is incomplete, incorrect, not collected or been refused then a refund will be issued less £3.95 UK or £6.95 for International Postage. 
Alternatively the item can be re posted at a cost to the purchaser minimum cost £4.50 UK £14.95 International, as the item as been returned due to no fault on our part. 

Please note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they provide a full and complete delivery address, we can not be held responsible for items being returned due to incomplete delivery address information.

We only use high grade quality branded vinyl guaranteeing your decal will stick to your wall. Comes with application backing tape with the design all pre-spaced for you.

All our decals are made to order with the words individually cut, No clear or white backgrounds giving the appearance it's been painted on to your wall. Please Note: your design will NOT arrive as individual letters.

Images do not depict the true size of the graphics and are only used for representational purposes. Please double check the measurements stated before ordering.

In some cases, the medium, large and extra large graphic options may arrive in more than one piece and will need to be joined on application, however this does help with the application.

All colours have a matt finish. Please also bear in mind that the colours shown should only be treated as a guide, they may vary from what is shown due to individual monitor gamma, contrast and brightness calibrations.
