Woodland Herbal's products are small batch and are often made-to-order the same day of sale. Therefore, we can not accept cancelations, returns or refunds. All sales are final. Additionally, if you ship outside the USA and ask us to ship your package internationally, you order at your own risk as we can not control how another country handles natural products within their postal system. Why is shipping so much for international orders?
Etsy sometimes overestimates international shipments, especially when you're purchasing multiple items. So our only remedy to this is as soon as you send in your order, message our team, and we will refund any shipping overages when your product is about to ship. However, please note that you must send us a message before your order ships and not after, as once your order ships, we can't make any changes to your order.
