Make sure you measure your pets neck prior to purchase as I cannot exchange your item if you order the incorrect size. All items are handmade to order for your pet

I’m happy to cancel your order provided you message me 2 hours after you purchase.

Please ensure you put the correct shipping address on your order. If your item is return to sender you will need to cover the additional postage to resend the correct address.

If you would like to change the color hardware on your collar or color of webbing just message me prior to ordering so I can make sure I have the colors your after in stock.

My handmade items are not able to be exchanged or returned unless faulty. This is because they are made especially for your unique pet.
So please measure your pets carefully before ordering.


If an item is found faulty on delivery please send me photos of the fault with a description of the issue. This must occur within 4 days of receiving item.

If a replacement is unavailable you will be given a refund of purchase price.

If 4 days have passed the defect will be classed as wear and tear.

Please note; Defective product must not be showing signs of use (scratches, dirt etc) otherwise this will automatically be classed as wear and tear and no replacement or refund given

GREYHOUND- 30cm roughly and fits up to 50cm adjustable strap 3inch

ITALIAN GREYHOUND- 20cm to 27cm adjustable strap width 2inch, if you are close to whippet size or need a smaller size please message me. As I will need to make you a custom size.

Martingale collars are designed for sighthound long neck, however are also suitable for standard poodles Afghan hounds, borzoi, Saluki and many more. If you need a special size feel free to message me as they are made to order I can accommodate
