Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, I will submit a claim for insurance on your behalf. You may be required to take the package to the post office for inspection, or sign an online affidavit. Once the insurance claim is approved, I will give you a full refund. By purchasing from my shop, you agree to these terms.
Shipping to Europe
I do not ship to Germany.
