Customer service is FANTASTIC!!!!! The camera did not work and they replaced it quickly with no trouble at all They sent a return postal label and a new pack of film.

Tremendous packaging, super cheap despite costing 30 euros (+40 customs). Article arrived with the broken portal. The polaroid among other things makes a lot of noises and I'm sure it has more broken inside, I seem to see even a cut on the lens. Experience absolutely not to be repeated, I do not ask for a refund simply so as not to have to send back the item (which would cost me as much as the refund in practice). I strongly advise against buying from this store, it seems obvious to me they do not care for their products. UPDATE: also the plastic foil which covers the picture when shooting is broken. I think is shorter than what is supposed to be, so it retracts automatically when the picture is fully out. Disappointed does not even begin to explain how I feel right now.
