Frequently asked questions
Can you rush my order?
Yes, but you must add the rush fee to your order. If your order is to be rushed please add the RUSH FEE that coincides with your order total to your cart before you check out.
RUSH orders will be processed 7 'calendar days' from the date of your order and will be shipped RUSH - Priority mail.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products your order cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Often times we will order the supplies to complete your order, or start your order as soon as your order is placed to ensure there are no delays in processing.
You monogrammed this wrong. I thought you would know what order I wanted the letters in...
Please review your monogramming instructions for personalized items BEFORE your order is placed. ALL orders will be monogrammed EXACTLY AS TYPED in your order notes. If you type "My initials are ABC" then I will monogram your item ABC. If your initials are ABC but you want them monogrammed ACB then you'd only need to type them ACB. Please message me if you have questions. I would love to personalize something just for you!
When will my order ship?
I personally hand craft each and every order. Production time is usually 1-5 business days but UP TO 4 weeks during busier times of the year. **PLEASE refer to the shop heading for current production schedule times. ** If you need your order sooner than this time frame you may choose to add "rush" fee to your order.
I don't like this font can you redo it?
No, I cannot redo or remake your items based on your font regrets. Removing the embroidery would leave holes in your item and damage it.

No. I cannot redo or remake your items based on your thread color regrets. Removing the embroidery would leave holes in your item and damage it.
We can send a small sample of up to 3 thread colors upon request. Please be aware this will significantly delay your order.
The color of the thread/ribbon/fabric doesn't look like what I thought it would or match something else I have here. Can I send it back?
It is almost impossible to match a specific color between thread/fabric/ribbon when they are purchased from different suppliers. We make every effort to ensure colors do match but will not guarantee it. Additionally, orders placed separately for "like color" items may not match perfectly, due to variances in dye lots. For example, if you order a coral hat this year and want to order coral hat next year we cannot guarantee that the hats will match 100% since the fabric the hats are made from came from 2 different bolts even though it's considered by the manufacturer to be the same exact color. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that a bow we make for you will match 100% to a article of clothing you have at home.
Do you offer wholesale?
All items are for personal use only. You may not use my items for commercial, resale, or wholesale purposes, with or without a profit. You may not place images of my work on your website, blog, etc for personal use, commercial use, or promotion of your own company without written permission from me. If permissions is granted, you must credit me and link visitors to my shop. Red Elephant Clothing retains the copyright to all photos unless otherwise specified.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products we do not offer returns unless there was a error in your order on our part. Review your monogramming instructions for personalized items BEFORE your order is placed. ALL orders will be monogrammed ExAcTLy aS TyPeD in your order notes. If you have questions about your personalization requests I ask that you message me before ordering. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will NOT be offered for your errors in monogramming instructions.
