The sewing is top quality, shipping from inside the United States is very fast, and the customer service is stellar, a really lovely shop all around.

Returns
Kindly note that the resolution and settings of your monitor may affect the display of the item, and as such, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.
Reminder about return policies:
• Please try on the item without applying perfume to preserve it in its original condition in case it doesn't fit and you decide to return it.
• If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us first, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
• We accept returns for unworn (except for fitting) and UNWASHED items.
• For returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ensure that the items are sent back within 12* days of delivery. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items.

Please read the product descriptions carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
For return, you must use the same postal service that the items were sent to you, meaning that, it is an international registered air mail with a tracking number. Returned items must be in the same state in which you received them. This means that the products should not be damaged, dirty, washed or worn (except for try-on), as well as any labels and tags should not be damaged. Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you, shipping costs will be at your expense.
Money will be returned to you through the same payment method as the payment was done. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Some orders are sent by DHL International from Kazakhstan, and typically, it takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Please carefully read the listing description for more details.
Please note that as the goods are sent from Kazakhstan, there may be potential Customs fees or VAT upon receiving the package.

However, for some overseas locations such as Australia, New Zealand, and Chile, it may take up to 10 business days for delivery.

However, even though we make every effort to deliver the items within the aforementioned period of time, there are instances where delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical malfunctions or customs clearance procedures by the authorities of the destination country. Therefore, the delivery time provided is indicative and not guaranteed.
Orders during Christmas holidays may experience longer delivery times.
We are not liable for shipping errors by the carrier or incorrect shipping information, but we strive to assist customers in resolving issues promptly.
Customers are responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes on foreign shipments.

When you place an order with us, we collect the following information: the recipient's name, e-mail address, phone number, shipping and billing address, clothing sizes, and payment details. This information is necessary for us to process your order and deliver your items. Rest assured that we will always comply with the laws and requirements of the USA and the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding data protection to ensure proper security and processing of the personal information you provide to us.
We want to assure you that we will not disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information with our delivery service only for processing your order and delivering your items, solely for that purpose.
Taxes, Customs fees and VAT
Different countries have varying Customs and Tax regulations. Please be informed that purchased items may include taxes for several countries, such as USA, Australia, Switzerland, UK, Ireland, and Norway. For purchasers from these listed countries, VAT may be applied while placing an order on Etsy. In such cases, we will display the full amount of your order and include a packing slip to verify to Customs that you have already paid the VAT.
Additionally, imported goods can be subject to Customs fees. Orders shipped by DHL are imported as commercial shipments with the full order amount declared, and these shipments may incur fees accordingly.
