This is a PDF pattern for a lovely blanket to hand knit yourself.

The pattern is detailed so that everybody can do it whatever your level.

You can knit my blankets using differents techniques depending on your level of expertise, but also your preferences:

- Report/embroider/duplicate stitches (ideal for beginners)
- Intarsia knitting
- Jacquard knitting

There are many links in the pattern to videos showing the different techniques.

- Needles S8/UK6/5mm
- Wool used for this model:
454 yds (415 meters) for the background
196 yds (179 meters) for the edges and elephants

Wool : Aran/Worsted - Group C / 10 ply or any length to fit the gauge.

Gauge :
Needle US8 in stockinette stitch: 4 inches (10 cm) -> 17 sts x 24 Rows

Finished size of the blanket: 87 x 80 cm (34 * 31 inches)

The Chart : 115 sts x 38 rows
