All of our items are designed with you in mind and ready to order. We do not tailor, alter or customize our clothing products.

Size&Fit:

You can find all sizing details listed in the clothing descriptions for each specific garment.

Restocks:

We rarely ever do restocks on any of our items. Typically once an item is sold out-its usually gone FOREVER.

We carry small-batch collections in very limited quantities and sizes to keep our styles fresh and unique.

We first sell on our boutique website and by the time our products make it to our Etsy shop, sizes may, unfortunately, be sold out.

For most items, hand wash & hang dry is recommended. Sometimes you can find specific or additional care instructions in the description of the clothing items.

We do not offer any gift wrapping or special packaging in order to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. This is how we are able to offer you free shipping on your items. & We know how you love free shipping! 🥰

Can I cancel an order?
Once orders are placed we are unable to cancel them.

When will my order ship?
Super quick! We know how important fast shipping is & we strive to ship all orders the day they are received, or the next business day.

On heavy sales days such as holidays, BFCM etc. orders may take around 5 or so business days to ship. Please keep in mind we sell locally, on social media & our website

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered. We ship through USPS or UPS ground. Generally, packages are delivered within 2-7 business days after processing time, however, we do not guarantee any specific arrival date or time. Please refer to tracking #

We ship orders out Monday-Friday

We do our best to ship the same or the next day. On heavy sales days, it may take up to or around 5 days. We are a small team and work like crazy to get your orders out ASAP!

My Boutique originally opened up in Napa Valley just a few minutes outside of San Francisco. We also operate out of Oregon + Utah.

My clothing styles are all designed in California + Utah and our production partners are located in California, China, and Mexico.
