Designed to be used with a mattress & box-spring combination (not included), the SoftFrame® bed frame fits perfectly over a standard 8" to 9" box-spring and makes the box-spring disappear entirely. Leaving only a beautiful, ouch-less bed frame that is easy to love. The mattress rests on top.

Complete the look with our comfy bolster or our wedge which are perfect for relaxing in bed (sold separately).

For a low-profile bed that is low to the ground, use the bed frame with the box-spring directly on the floor. For a ‘floating bed’, raise the box-spring with a standard metal bed frame or by adding legs to your box-spring as shown on select listings.

The bed frame and headboard and well built and easy to set up. I’m surprised at how sturdy the foam is! It’s kept it’s shape really well. No more sharp corners or banging our shins on our bed frame. Customer service is great too. Very responsive and helpful in sending fabric samples and answering questions.
