I don't allow returns or exchanges ....ONLY rare occasions when I have made a MAJOR error. I would then offer an exchange in store as a refund.

If that happens you MUST contact us with 48 hrs of receiving your order and if an exchange is approved, the item be sent within 48 hours after our communication. Items purchased and worn for special events may not be returned. We are not a rental facility. No refunds on issues based on the FIT of a garment. I carefully measure and I expect you to do the same with your own sizing before purchasing. Please make inquiries if you need help with sizing.

Our vintage items are often found in estates or from personal in home calls from collectors or individuals who are ready to sell.

Sometimes we get lucky to find dead stock, never worn vintage, but many times it has been gently worn.

Before you buy, please reviews all photos because they are part of our description. All of the items are sold as, so naturally expect some minor imperfections. While preparing items for sale we carefully inspect each piece to make sure that you get the most accurate description.

Questions are welcomed prior to your purchase to help you make an informed decision.

We are also committed to sustainability. We often use clean, recycled boxes and envelopes to package items for shipping.

*LAYAWAY*

Layaway is offered on a case by case basis and most generally on higher priced items. A non-refundable deposit is required and payment is generally due in full in 2 weeks.

*RESERVES / HOLDS*

I am happy to place a 2 day hold on any item in my shop.
Longer than 2 days I require a non refundable deposit.
