These little cupcakes are really easy to knit with straight needles, you can make a cupcake in an evening.

Skills required:

Cast on
Knit stitch
Purl stitch
Increase
Decrease
Cast off
Sewing up

Materials required:

Dk yarn
3.25mm straight needles to knit the cupcake
2.75mm straight needles to knit the cherries and flowers
Darning needle
Toy stuffing

Optional:

Small beads to decorate
