I was struggling with the shop and a newborn baby in late 2019, so I moved back to China where I can have more help from my family. I’m a buyer myself too, so I know your concerns about international shopping.
Q: How’s moving your shop to China benefit the customers?
A: I'm offering the same good quality products with lower price, much lowered shipping rates to countries all over the world, worldwide free shipping on order over $35 and sooner at restocking popular items.
Q: What shipping carrier are you going to use to ship out orders? When will I receive my order?
A: I work with 4px express. It will be delivered by your postal service once arrived in your country. Most packages arrives within 10-21 days, sometimes it arrives as soon as 7 days, sometimes it arrives later than 21 days. However, most packages arrives within 10-21 days, unless delayed by uncontrollable factors like customs delay, severe weather condition and such.
Q: Are you still going to offer the same excellent customer service?
A: Yes, you can expect the same customer service since it's still me handling customer service.
Q: What if I’m not happy with my order and I want to return them? Is it going to be hard to return internationally?
A: I know your concern about international return, that’s why I also set an office in United States, you can either return your order to our China office or you can return it to our US office, whatever is more convenient for you.
Q: What if my package got lost and I never received it?
A: Yes, while most packages arrives within 10-21 days, sometimes it arrives as soon as 7 days, sometimes it arrives later than 21 days. However, most packages arrives within 10-21 days. There’s a chance packages might get lost while traveling internationally. Rest assured, I will do our best to take care of it.

$25 via DHL or Fedex (depends on the country)
Meaning that, no matter if you place a $1 order , or a $1,000 order, you only need to pay the flat rate for shipping.

Why is the postage so expensive?
We do not make money off postage. The postage we charge are based on China Post's rate plus $0.5 handling fee.
And we offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on order over $35.
Why are you charging a $0.50 handling fee?
The $0.50 doesn't go into our pocket, this is used for the postage transaction fee and for shipping supplies. For example, when a buyer bought an order of buttons for $1, and paid $15.2 for first class international shipping, we will have to pay an approximately $0.70 transaction fee simply for the postage payment. This doesn't include the shipping supplies and item cost.
Can you mail the item in an envelope? Is there a cheaper shipping method?
Sorry, we only ship with boxes or bubble mailer with tracking number, we can't ship in an envelope.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days after the order is delivered.
Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
The buyer pays for return shipping and must send the items back with a tracking number.
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the package is delivered to us.
The refund does not include the postage that the buyer paid when placing the order.
