Glassware: Although all my items are made with 5-year outdoor vinyl I always advise to hand wash in cold water and avoid scrubbing on the design itself and let it air dry.

Coffee Mugs: All coffee mugs are top rack dishwasher safe.

Once you add all the items to your cart and proceed to checkout you will see a section called "Notes to Seller". In that box, you can add all the information for your order. (For example names, font choice, vinyl color, etc.) If there is something I do not understand or need further clarification on for your order I will be sure to message you before proceeding with the order to make sure I have everything correct :)

If there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. I am human and do make mistakes from time to time, so if this issue was a mistake on my part I will, of course, replace the item for you! All you would need to do is send me a quick message through Etsy with a photo showing the mistake and I will have a new item in the mail for you right away.

Here are some simple step by step directions for you to follow when placing an order :)

1. Make your selections from the Drop Downs
2. Add your item(s) to your Cart
3. All the specific details for your order go in the "Notes to Seller" section
4. When placing an order for multiples, your shipping will automatically combine
5. Be sure to double check your mailing address before submitting your order - I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses being provided.

I CAN'T in any way guarantee a delivery date for any order. I do not issue refunds for items that do not arrive by a specific need by date. Once USPS or FedEx has possession of your order I no longer have control of the package. The best advice I could offer is to plan ahead and place your order in advance in case there are any shipping delays that occur.

If your order has an incorrect address on it please message me ASAP after placing the order so I can make the correction for you before shipping the order. If the order has already shipped I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses being provided to the order.

A need by date is the date that you physically need the items. When filling out your need by date in the order process please be sure to add on a few extra days. For example, if your bachelorette party is on 9/30 write that your need by date is 9/25 so there is ample time for them to arrive. Need by dates are very important in the ordering process, so please be sure to add it to the notes of your order before completing the checkout process. If you have any questions about a specific timeframe you are needing an order by please message me before placing an order and we can discuss further.

Shipping insurance can be added to any order for an additional cost. If you would like insurance to be added onto your shipment please be sure to message me before placing an order so I can create you a custom listing to purchase your order with that additional cost added to it.

In the event that a customer fails to reply to emails or inquiries within 24 hours, JcDezigns retains the authority to make conclusive choices regarding any aspect of the order, which may include:

• Choice of sunglass frame color
• Choice of font color or font style
• Selection and placement of design(s)
• Decision on shipping method
• Modification of phrases in order to fit on the sunglasses
