I bought this as a gift for someone. Someone else bought me the same jewelry box for Xmas and I liked it so much I bought it for someone else who was admiring it. The jewelry box came smashed/crumpled in one corner. I tried to smooth out the crumples but they kept slipping back into their slouched position. I was disappointed as I bought a pair of gorgeous solid sterling silver earrings and presented them with the jewelry box and felt a little sad that the box was not as I had hoped. I do wish the seller had packed the item more securely but she reached out to me and generously offered to send a replacement which I greatly appreciate. I'd definitely purchase from this seller again!

thank you for your review, we were so sorry to hear of the damages that occurred during shipping. We ship hundreds of these boxes each week, all using the same packaging method, and it's quite rare for them to be damaged during transit. This gives us confidence that our packaging is generally effective. However, if a shipping company mishandles a package, even the best padding might not be enough to prevent damage. We will send you replacement express delivery tomorrow and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right for you.
