I take custom orders. If you're anything like it, but you want a different color, size, peronalized or something else, let me know and we can discuss all the details.
Custom order are executed at the 100% prepayment. Payment on custom order can not be returned.

Recommended: handwash in cool water with children’s soap. Do not leave toy in water for a long time. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze dry. Redistribute stuffing if necessary. Air dry flat.

I pack all my orders in brown kraft paper and tie a colored thread with a bow. I add a thank-you card. You can also ask for individual packaging in a message.

I cann't accept return custom or personalized orders because of the nature of these item (intimate items for health/hygiene reasons), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
You must shipping back items to me within 14 days from delivery.
If you don't want to wait till packages come back to me, you can send me the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package. Then I'll do your return / exchange for immediate.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the you is responsible for any loss in value.
I can accept the cancellation of your order before sending the details. I do refund less government fees and 10% commission.

As these measures include the self-quarantine of staff, cancellation of all passenger flights. Ukrposhta continues to accept shipments for outbound delivery and is forced to accept freight transportation to USA and Europeans Countries, but such a sharp change of operation models can affect the stable delivery of mails, so delays are to be expected in the delivery of all outbound mail. Severe delays are also to be expected for outbound mail to all destinations, as a result of flight suspensions. If you don't receive the parcel within 5 weeks from the date of shipment:
1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you.
2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.
3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.
4. If the parcel is lost, and this confirms a written response to the postal of Ukraine, I do 100% refund or re-sending the item.
5. Perhaps you have not taken away the package and package has been shipped back to me. I can ship the item again, you are responsible for shipping costs. Or I can do refund less shipping coast, government fees and 12% commission.

If you want to return your order with free shipping, you are responsible for the return shipping cost from you to me. If the goods are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
