Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days of receiving the package, let us know, and you can return your products for a full refund. If your spa kit is delivered damaged, let me know and I will make it right.
Gift wrapping and packaging
My spa boxes are carefully gift wrapped and I will add a personalized card with a message of your choice! I believe the sweetest part of any gift is the message you write.
How long does it take to ship?
Spa boxes take 1-3 days to process. Once it ships it will take about 3-4 days to arrive via USPS. Shipping times may vary based on time of year and shipping volume.
Are your products really homemade?
YES! Everything in my shop is made by me, by hand, in my kitchen. Each bath bomb and soap bar is made lovingly by hand, and every ingredient is 100% natural.
Custom and personalized orders
