The plot begins in the 1990s. Karolis Bikinas used to be different from the other kids when he was a kid. He spent most of his time indoors, playing with homemade toys. His parents couldn't purchase him LEGO toys back then, so he had to create all of the different figurines himself out of plasticine. Even the smallest elements, such as swords, shields, and crowns, have been meticulously crafted.

When he was eight years old, his parents allowed him to attend an art school because they saw in him a great deal of creative ability. Following that, he attended high school, where he participated in different municipal contests and displayed his drawings to people from his homeland. Later, he attended the Academy of Arts in the tiny town of 'Telsiai,' where he studied 'Jewelry and Smithery.' Not to add that he disliked the location. The beginning was difficult, but passion for the art triumphed. Karolis graduated from the academy in 2014 and created a sculpture for the town, which is currently one of the most appealing things to view in Telsiai. He eventually traveled to the capital Vilnius and got work in a metal workshop after all these years of schooling. He used to restore various interior features such as candle holders, frames, and knobs. In other words, he brought ancient objects back to life without altering their physical form. He used to work for a few well-known jewellers in the nation, but he decided it was time to start his own business.

He took the difficult decision to leave his family behind and travel to Europe with Egle and a few pals. He met Egle in high school; she had a strong interest in art. Their souls met, and they decided to create art together. Egle has always been fascinated by photography. This was a new beginning for them.

First and foremost, they have been working hard in low-wage jobs to accumulate money for jewellery equipment. Karolis was seeking a job as a jeweller at the same time, but it was difficult to get one. All of his applications were either denied or did not receive a response.

They relocated to Manchester to try their luck. Unfortunately, Karolis was unable to find work in the jewellery sector as well. They did not give up and instead resolved to work hard, accumulate money for tools, and start their own jewellery business. Egle's mother used to help a lot by providing money and believing in their ambition through difficult times. Unfortunately, there was a tragedy, and Egle lost her mother in a car crash. It was the most difficult time of their life, and it crushed them to pieces, but they persevered and worked hard to make their goal a reality. To make her mother proud in heaven.

So they succeeded. They built EMPEROR OF GRACE during the darkest days, the heaviest rain, and the coldest nights. The jewellery brand is one-of-a-kind, innovative, daring, and handcrafted. Emperor because they are warriors, laboring till their last breath and dedicating all of their energy to this brand, transforming it into an Empire of magnificent masterpieces. Grace is because, despite everything, they made it and are now bringing beauty into the world.

Egle and Karolis are inspired by ancient history and the Middle Ages. This human silhouette in their sculptures is an emperor from the past who travels to the future. It is created with all of the most precious jewels to demonstrate his beauty, strength, and elegance!
