Using this as the base, I message Maureen with a few customisation requests. Maureen so so prompt in her replies and I was confident she understood my idea. When it arrived, it was wrapped beautifully and you capfuls tell the care she has taken with it. The veil itself has surpassed what I expected. The embroidery is all hand stitched on and there is not a thread out of place. If you are after a personalised veil I can’t recommend this shop enough!!

I am not exaggerating when I say my custom veil from Maureen is one of my favorite memories of my entire wedding weekend. Over the course of several months I worked with Maureen on a very special custom design. I was able to review the designs and request any changes at multiple points throughout the process, from the sketches to the pinned flowers before they were sewn on. We then went through quite a saga with international shipping to get me the veil the day before I left for my wedding, and through that I was BLOWN AWAY by Maureen's customer service! I swear we had all of DHL looking for this veil. Unboxing it was nothing short of magical. The quality and artistry of her work is incredible. It honestly far exceeded all of my expectations, and I ended up wearing it through our ceremony and most of my reception because I did not want to take it off!!! Her customer service was incredible. The colors are gorgeous, and the workmanship is such high quality. It was very secure, the comb is sturdy, and the veil is attached to it really well.
