Every item is made to order and can be customised so if there is a particular colour, size, material, embellishment or wording you would like, please get in touch before ordering or request a custom order and I will do my best to make exactly what you want.
I am happy to send photographs of suggested materials and designs before making the product once you have placed your order.
Please note that customised and personalised orders cannot be returned and once I have started making your item, I cannot cancel your order so please cancel within 24 hours.
I may feature photographs of your product in my listings for future buyers to see - please let me know if you would prefer me not to do so.

I gift wrap all items free of charge in purple tissue (Christmas themes are used at Christmas) and include a handwritten gift card in a clasp envelope when you add a gift message. You can choose to pay a fee of £1 to help cover the cost of this.

Most handstamped metal items are attached to a handmade gift tag with a lilac theme (patterns vary), sealed in a cellophane pouch and presented with a white card pillow box. A small removable glue dot may be used to attach some items.

Card and paper packaging is used wherever possible and any plastic is reused from my own suppliers.

For German customers, I am registered with Lucid and buy into Reclay.

Many of my items have been handstamped which involves each individual letter, number or image being stamped by hand onto a metal blank using a hammer and metal stamp. As this is done by hand and not machine, lettering will not be perfectly lined up - in fact, due to the quirky fonts I use, I think it adds to the end result if letters are misaligned slightly.
I have different fonts and will use the one that works best on your item unless you have requested one specifically.
On some blanks, a slight impression can be seen on the back so it isn't possible to stamp on both sides.
I can stamp any message - a favourite quote, a special memory, name or date. Please check before ordering that the wording you want will fit on your chosen item.

My handstamped items are made from Aluminium, Copper or Pewter.

Aluminium is a lightweight non-rusting metal, which maintains its original appearance with minimal effort but due to its soft nature, it is prone to surface scratches.

Copper has a lovely rose-gold colour but can discolour and tarnish over time and should be kept away from water.

Unless stated otherwise, all aluminium and copper items have a brushed satin finish.

Pewter is a heavier weight silver-coloured metal, which does not tarnish but over time, it may develop a greyish hue, giving it an aged effect.

All pewter and copper items will be sent with a polishing pad for you to keep them shiny or you can keep your item in top condition using a metal polish such as Silvo.

Every item is made to order and turnaround time 2 working days.

When your item ships you will receive a tracking number.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which takes 1-2 days. Special delivery is 1 day and is guaranteed.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked who partner with your local postal service. (UAE by Fedex). Delivery times are estimates and depend on customs which I have no control over,

Express shipping upgrades (via FedEx or UPS) are available on request and guarantee fast delivery times but do not speed up processing times.

Buyers are responsible for customs charges, return postage costs (unless my error) and any cost incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Our deep box picture frames are solid wood and either painted or stained. Frame sizes vary - please see individual listings for detail. Sizes are the glass dimensions so frames are slightly larger than the given dimensions indicate.

Standard colours for most framed items are white, black, grey, oak effect and distressed. Some listings have other options available, such as silver and gold.

I source materials from UK suppliers wherever possible.

Sizes in descriptions are approximate and are usually given at the widest/tallest point.

Sometimes, I may need to change my supplier if a plaque, frame, embellishment or metal blank is out of stock with my usual supplier so shapes and finishes may vary slightly from the samples shown in the listings.

Colours of painted plaques and embellishments may depend on your screen settings.

I have a huge range of embellishments for customisation but may not always have the same choices in stock as those shown in listing photographs. I will always do my best to source what you want or provide the closest match I can so please let me know if there is something specific you would like.

I have a loyalty card which will be sent with your order to the shipping address.
For every £10 spent in a single transaction (excluding shipping), you will receive one wren to add to your card. When you have collected ten wrens, you can redeem the card for a £10 voucher code to spend with Little Jenny Wren. To do this, please send a photo of your completed card with the date you are redeeming the card written in the space provided. I will then send you a unique voucher code which you can redeem on Etsy.
Alternatively, if you live locally, you can exchange the loyalty card in person.
Loyalty points will not be given in addition to any other special offer or discount.

We are very mindful about our impact on the environment and do what we can to minimise our carbon emissions. We use paper packaging materials where possible, source the majority of our raw materials from local suppliers and do our best to reduce waste.

I make all items to order and most of them personalised so I cannot accept returns or give refunds unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours as after this time, they will be made and shipped so it is too late.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal carriers or at customs are beyond my control and I cannot issue refunds on items which arrive late.
If an item hasn't arrived within 10 working days (UK), 25 working days (USA) and 20 working days (everywhere else) after the expected delivery date, I can then put in a claim with the carrier and may then be able to issue a refund.
