I live in a Ski Resort,that sits 7800 feet in altitude... our 'downtown' is 4 blocks long... yes, USA still has small secluded towns. We have a very small post office with 3 employees, that only works on weekdays.

I pay a courier to pick up packages daily, and they drop them off 15 miles away. Packages are scanned by FedEx USPS within 48 hours of being dropped off... that's just how it works "up here"... Please keep in mind that not every post office in USA works the same. If you don't see transit information, please be patient.

Orders are shipped to the address used when placing the order.
If you moved and/or want your order shipped somewhere else and/or someone else, please update you shipping information at checkout. Don't send message me with new/different address, change will not be made.
WHY? Because this is the only way to protect YOU from hacked orders and/or stolen credit card information and having someone place an online order and having it re-routed somewhere else.

Already placed your order with wrong address? Simple! Contact ETSY to make the change.

Order is deemed fulfilled when USPS/FedEx tracking shows that it was delivered. If lost, stolen or misplaced, it will not be replaced or refunded, unless we file a USPS/FedEx claim and claim is paid.

Processing Time: BUSINESS Days I need to ship order.
Shipping Time: BUSINESS Days Carrier takes to process/deliver.

Carriers don't guarantee delivery on any service, except Express Service, therefore unless you upgrade to Express, all "transit and delivery dates" are estimates.

There are no refunds for:
Carrier inability to deliver, non-delivery, and/or late delivery;
Customer provided incorrect shipping address and package cannot be forwarded;
Customer requested orders to be shipped to a business address, order was received and/or signed for, and now cannot locate package;
After delivery, order got lost, stolen, misplaced, mishandled and/or damaged ;
Event canceled.
Poor planning, miscalculating processing or transit time.

When Customers place an order, they pay for Standard Shipping.
Shipping upgrades are available when placing the order (via Shipping options), or through a separate Shipping Upgrade listing.
Please note that merely upgrading shipping does not guarantee order will arrive when you need it... "Overnight Delivery" is a marketing slogan, it does not necessarily mean you place the order at 10:00PM and receive it the next morning.
You must take into consideration when order is scheduled to ship, and what the Carrier's current delivery guarantee are.

what does upgrading shipping do? It makes your package get to you sooner than shipped via Standard Shipping (FedEx Express, Overnight Priority) but you still need to calculate processing and delivery.

If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, it will be shipped the most economical way possible. FREE is FREE, not fast.
If you want the order to arrive fast-er, please upgrade shipping to Express and pay for this upgrade.

If your order shipped for FREE, any refunds issued will exclude the original shipping cost to you.

Shipping and Handling includes:
- actual cost of shipping order to you
- because you are shopping online, we add tracking and insurance
- ETSY Handling fees that ETSY applies to entire transaction
- minimal handling fees (ETSY ads, courier service, supplies)

Sadly, it all ads up, but neither ETSY, FexEx, USPS or Courier provide any discount on their fees and services.

I do not accept returns, as I cannot resell returned items. I either have to discard them or sanitize them, and that is the criteria I use to make exceptions.
Teas or edibles cannot be returned

Contact me with reason for return, if approved, I will provide with Return Instructions. Cost to Return merchandise is paid by Customer.

Items must be returned in the original condition you received them, any damages are paid by you.

Upon receipt of merchandises, I will issue refund as follows:
Shipping to/from is not refunded unless you received the wrong item; this includes cancellations not processed by ETSY and that were shipped to you.
25% restock fee deduction including return to Sender
No exceptions on the restock/sanitation fee

Open your order when it arrives to insure everything arrived safely. If there are any damages (very rare), you must contact me within 72 hours of receipt so we can file a claim and send replacement.
I will offer solutions IF you cooperate with Carrier Claim (take photos of merchandise, any damage, packaging/box, and keep contents/packaging for Carrier investigation) If you fail to contact me within 72 hours of receipt of your order, OR you refuse to cooperate, you accept ALL responsibility for ANY damages, and/or mishandling of merchandise after receipt. Claims for Stolen Packages after marked "Delivered" requires a Police Report.
There will be no replacements shipped, or refund issued, if you do not wish to cooperate with your claim.

Below are some basic rules and definitions to help you with your transaction, because based on perceptions, no two people might have the same opinion on the condition of the item
1) Photographs are part of the Description. You must review photographs CAREFULLY. It may not be spelled out in the description, but it is SHOWN.
2) if item is MINT it will say so in title and description.
3) if it reads "shows signs of age", well, that is exactly what it means; the item may not have cracks, chips or damage, BUT there are signs of age (not as bright, or prior owner used it a lot!). I post photos of "signs of age, review them CAREFULLY.
There are NO returns on Vintage items.
Any return will be deducted 25% for Covid sanitation or disposal (loss)

Please review your Shopping Cart carefully, as many times as needed, there is no rush in placing your order. You can place items in your shopping cart, click through the various check out windows, and even BEFORE you pay, you can change your mind.
ETSY has enough safeguards that one cannot order by accident.
If you want to cancel AFTER placing order, since I do not accept cancellations, you will need to request a cancellation to ETSY via transactions@ETSY.com.
Be it one minute or one day after placing order, you must follow this process.

Please note that your order will ship if you have not contacted ETSY via email to request a cancellation, ETSY confirms cancellation and cancels the order.
Once order ships, it is considered fulfilled.

We are able to ship orders promptly because we have strict rules.
We receive 100s of orders daily.
Packing Lists are printed throughout the day, and taken to the Warehouse for fulfillment.
Customers receive an email from ETSY with Shipping Confirmation when the order is already out the warehouse.
By the time you receive your Shipping Confirmation, your order has been packed and it is on its way to the Post Office, that is why we do not accept Cancellation or Changes to your Order, it creates havoc trying to locate the Packing List, the Order or the Shipping Label.
Customers then receive updated tracking within 48 of USPS scanning your package, because that is how long it takes the Post Office to process all incoming mail
