I have succeeded in enticing my mum out of retirement! She was a florist when I was little and now she's back! -
My wonderful mum has wired 100's of tiny stems of foliage in preparation for the busy wedding season coming up! -
Each stem is individually wired and taped, such exquisite work, I couldn't keep up with the wedding work without her! -
More lovely stems carefully wired by my mum, hours and hours of work has gone into these gorgeous little flowers...
My love for colour, design, gardens and nature has lead me to working with flowers which I still enjoy 30 years later!

Shop policies
I aim to get your flowers to you as quickly and carefully as possible. I pack them really well as my items can be fragile and delicate.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with me and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible, usually on the same day!
Sometimes I have to replace flowers which are temporarily unavailable from my supplier with a very similar product, please be aware of this. The overall effect will still be the same but with slightly different flowers.

I'm also happy to take direct transfer payments for orders within the UK.
Delivery
If you order a second item then there is a much smaller postage charge to cover the extra item, I hope this helps with the overall cost of postage.
All UK orders will be sent promptly with second class post. First class and special Delivery is available for a small additional fee - please opt for this option should you prefer it.
Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Tracked & signed includes compensation up to £50, for additional insurance please contact me as there will be an extra charge.
Please allow enough time for your order to be delivered from the UK.
Delivery usually takes 5-7 days for Europe and 10-25 days rest of world depending on location and time of year. Most packages do arrive within this time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 30 days for international delivery.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs. Depending on the country, packages may stay in customs for several weeks or more. Please look into the customs and import policies of your country before placing your order to avoid any disappointment.
Occasionally there are delays, usually due to customs or local postal services. I'm afraid these are beyond my control. If the item goes missing and you haven't chosen the extra insurance offered then I'm afraid I can't be held responsible.
Insurance is not standard so please contact me in advance if you wish to add this to your order and I will provide you with a quote.

Please note that I'm unable to carry out refunds on custom orders as they are made specifically for your requirements.
I pride myself on providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving a product if you are unhappy. I will do my very best to find a solution.
Unfortunately colour variations can occur due to screen calibration issues and so I cannot offer returns for this reason.

Are the flowers real?
No, they're all artificial, I search for hours to get the best quaility flowers I can find, I only get the ones that look really realistic!
Can I just have the flowers without the container?
Where ever possible and if I have the stock (or you're willing to wait for me to order more stock) then of course, this is no problem. Please just message me anytime!
Can I have part of a set?
Most of the time this is fine, please message me!
