This pdf pattern is simply for those of you who prefer a pdf version of all 3 patterns together, that can be accessed offline or printed.

This downloadable pdf pattern has detailed step-by-step instructions that are accompanied with high quality photos of the process.
The pattern includes photo tutorials on how to make a magic ring, invisible decreases in single crochet, color changes in single crochet and invisible finishes.

The chickens are crocheted from bottom to top and there is a minimal amount of sewing involved.

Required materials and tools:

Cotton yarn in a DK / light worsted weight in different colors
2.5mm crochet hook / Size B-1 or C-2 depending on how tightly you crochet
4 pairs of 4mm safety eyes or black embroidery floss
Fiberfill
Stitch markers
Yarn needle
2 pieces of 30cm/12" long orange pipe cleaner
Large eyed sewing needle (if embroidering the eyes)
Scissors


If using the recommended yarn weight and hook size your rooster will be about 3" / 7.6cm tall. The hen turns out slightly smaller and the chicks measure around 1" / 2.5cm.
