*Standard shipping is USPS First Class 2-6 business days
*Priority Shipping is USPS Priority 2-4 business days

*Each package is bubble wrap lined to insure protection during shipping
*GoldSharpieCreations is not responsible for any custom fees that may occur for International orders. We have no way of determining custom fees.
*GoldSharpieCreations is not responsible for delays in shipping or lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if these issues were to occur.
*GoldSharpieCreations is not responsible for delays during shipment. Etsy sends an email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order with the provided tracking number.
*GoldSharpieCreations is not responsible for returned packages. Please make sure you are using the correct address when checking out. There are 2 options to check your address before placing an order. If a package is returned back to us, buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send back.

If you have any issues/concerns with your purchase, please send a message and we resolve any issues before you leave any feedback. We take pride in our jewelry and want to make sure our customers are highly satisfied. We cannot refund any customized orders, as they were made specifically for you. There will be a $5 minimum restocking fee for returned purchases and or returns sent back to us due to wrong shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date. We cannot be held responsible if given the wrong shipping address. Let us know as soon as you place an order if address is incorrect. We cannot retrieve packages once they have been shipped. We are not held responsible for orders marked delivered and yet have been received. If this were to occur, contact your local post office to locate the package.
Customers have 1 hour to cancel any orders. After 1 hour, we cannot issue any refunds or cancellations due to production has already been started.
There is a no cancellation policy on personalized items. As soon as orders come in, we begin working on order immediately. We cannot accept any returns on personalized items unless there is a mistake made by us.
Make sure to leave all details of your order in the message box to seller at checkout. This is very important because we want you, the customer to have the exact item you wish. With this information, we will create your order with perfection. If no information is given, you have 12 hours to reply to us with personalization details. If we do not receive the information needed, we cannot fulfill your order. In that time, we will issue a full refund and cancel the order.

We use the best available jewelry findings to make each piece we make.
All of our chain; including necklace chain, bracelet open link chain, adjustable bangles, lobster clasps and jump rings are Surgical Stainless Steel which is Hypoallergenic, anti-tarnish, lead and nickel free. Our Stainless Steel is very strong and durable. We use 1100 Food Grade Silver Aluminum for our stamping blanks, anti-tarnish and light weight. It is safe on your skin. There is a much lower rate of skin reaction with PURE ALUMINUM than with sterling silver. We only work in silver. Each blank is silver aluminum and stainless steel chain is also silver in color. We do not carry gold or rose gold, but can be order upon request.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we do custom and personalized orders. Most of our items in our shop are personalized to each customers request. If you have any further questions, please send us a message to help fulfill your desired order.
We do no accept any cancellations/returns on personalized items.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping on some items. When gift wrapping is requested, your item will be placed in a white or kraft colored jewelry box. Items will have a gift box option in variations on each listing.
Care instructions
When caring for Stainless Steel or any other metal type, always store in a safe dry place. All jewelry can be cleaned and shined with a pro polish cloth.

Returned Packages
If for any reason a package is returned to us due to being marked "non deliverable" or "no known address", buyer is responsible for return shipping along with providing us with the correct address. Etsy gives buyers 2 opportunities to verify addresses before making a purchase, please utilize this option if your address has changed. Per Etsy policies, we only ship to the address listed on the Etsy receipt.
Where is my package?
Due to Covid-19, there has been severe delays in shipping with USPS. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for packages to arrive. If you have any issues, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Please be patient with us as we try our best to send out orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we have no control over USPS shipping services.
