How to use
Seal and go! Use as your final brow step to seal brow makeup or on its own. Easy to apply using the ultra-precise brush from root-to-tip to evenly coat brow hairs. If desired, shape & sculpt hairs into place. The clear formula dries quickly and does not feel sticky.
