Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your purchase. We cannot be responsible for wrong addresses that are provided to us. Please make sure to check your address and update it before completing the order. Address changes post purchase are not possible.

We ship worldwide and shipping time is different by country. Please note that when we ship from the USA to international countries this can take as long as 45 days.
Our items shipping from Hong Kong arrive usually withing 15-20 days to international destinations.

Everything is made to order and we can't deliver anything in less than 1 week from your order date.

All designs are unique and hand created by me. I then work with my production partners that hand produce from scratch according to my specifications. Therefore each item has its own timeline which is indicated in each listing.

- Processing & production time: 2-5 business days
- Custom design: 1 - 3 days
- Shipment from our USA ateliers: 5 business days
- Shipment from our Hong Kong atelier: 5-10 business days.

Therefore the total time can be up to 4-5 weeks for certain items.

Most of our items have a processing and production time of 8-15 business days.

Please check each individual item for the actual processing and production time.

If you received a different item than what you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.

Step 1: send a photo
We will need to receive clear photos of the items to investigate what happened. We cannot accept any wrong claim without any visual proof (photo or video).
Please note that colors on a computer screen are different from printed color. The brightness on a computer screen cannot be matched when printing. This is important to note for any colorful items.

Step 2: send the item back to our address.
Since you are not happy with the item and we will resolve the issue, the item needs to be send back.
We will send a replacement or provide a refund after receipt of the wrong item.

Please make sure the address provided is correct. We ship to the address provided and cannot change it once it is shipped.

We ship with a tracking number and commit to ship by the date that is listed on the item and in your order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays that happen during shipping.

Sometimes for international shipping from the US, the tracking information no longer shows details when it is handed over to the local foreign country post service. It might say 'in transit' without any updates.
This is normal but in the case where the article did not get delivered we only consider it lost if it's not delivered within 45 business days from ordering.

Rest assured that we will do a reship or a refund in that case.

We ship the exact order that you ordered. Please consult the size chart for each item and do not compare to other brands. Each of our items have a specific fit, cut and length and they all determine the size.
If there are no mistakes made on our end, we cannot refund the item.

For shoes we offer a one-time size exchange. That means that you send me back the shoes and I will exchange it upon receipt for a correct shoe size.

We accept returns when we made a mistake in the execution of your order. For example when a red item was ordered and we shipped a different color. We then ask to submit a photo of the item so we can verify if indeed you received the wrong item. In that case, we normally send a replacement item upon return of the item.
We do not accept cancellations or returns when we executed the order according to your purchase. We hand make everything to order and don't keep any stock. We are an eco-friendly company and believe there is too much waste and overstock in the apparel industry.
We specifically crafted your order based on your purchase. We used our time and resources to make this and would not have hand made the item if you did not order.
