The item is a very beautiful piece. It was just one problem. I had ordered two pieces and had to connect them exactly aligned but the railing was installed incorrectly. So had to remove the back railing and re-install and then install the piece on wall. When this should be done by the seller himself. Otherwise the piece is beautiful.

The colors weren’t nearly as pastel as shown. Much more vivid and bright. Because of this, it didn’t work out for where I intended to put it, but it ended up being perfect for my covered back porch. Quality is great, so I’d still recommend. Just be aware that the salmon tones are actually a pretty bright magenta pink

Amazing communication, and great customer service. Items may require some minor repair upon arrival, and the moss has a sea odor that does fade after a month or so, some my not enjoy it, but I did. If you do have any issues, these people bend over backwards to solve them, and that’s rare! Recommend for sure.
