We recommend against having your jewellery come into any contact with chemicals e.g. cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, soaps and salt water. This is to prevent the jewellery from wearing down and discolouring.
It is also advisable that the jewellery is removed prior to exercising, bathing, swimming and sleeping.

Please take care when handling plated jewellery to protect the gold layers from excess wear and scratching.

As the chains provided with our necklaces are fine, excessive tugging may result in distorted links and may eventually lead to snapping.

Properly looked after, your jewellery will remain lustrous for many seasons.

Due to the nature of the metals, tarnishing may occur over time. This is dependent on a number of factors such as your skin acidity and the way the jewellery has been looked after.

In-between wears, very gently wipe your plated jewellery with a soft, lint-free polishing cloth. Do not scrub or rub as this can prematurely wear away the gold layers. Do not use water, soap, abrasive cleaner or solvent. After wiping, store in a dry environment in the provided pouches.

Properly looked after, your jewellery will remain lustrous for many seasons.

We have done our best to photograph our items accurately. However, please note that colours will display differently depending on the device/screen used.

To maintain quick dispatch times there is only a small window in which you can make amendments after an order has been placed.

If you are buying gifts for Christmas, please ensure to place your order before the above deadlines. After these dates there is no guarantee for pre-Christmas arrival.

All earrings will arrive in a clear heat sealed pocket with a polystyrene shape holder. Although it's not the prettiest, its the safest way for them to travel. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we will not be able to provide any refunds or exchanges on any earring purchases where the clear pocket has been opened.

We can facilitate wholesale orders depending on our capacity at the time. Please message me directly on Etsy for any wholesale enquiries.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned for any of the below reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I can offer you one of two options once I have received the returned parcel:

1) Reship the parcel however you will need to pay the full cost of shipping.
2) Provide a refund of the cost of goods minus inital delivery cost and minus restocking fee per item.

Please note that it is the responsbility of the buyer to provide the correct address and to collect/make arrangements for any undelivered items. As such we will not compensate for any parcels where the u-turn is not received by us.
