Can invitations be sent via Text Message or Email?
Yes! Once you have finished editing your template, save and download a JPEG file - it can be sent as a text message or uploaded as an attachment to an email!
Do you accept Custom orders and requests?
Sorry, but due to my schedule, I do not accept custom orders or requests. Our current inventory is what we have available.
Can I try it out first?
Yes, absolutely! There is a DEMO link in the listing description of all editable listings!
How do I access my EDITABLE TEMPLATE?
Within a couple minutes of purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl.com with a link to your template to the email address YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH ETSY.
*IF your email address is no longer valid
- Go straight to Corjl.com.
- Use the email address you HAVE ON FILE with Etsy (whether valid or not)
- Use the Order Number (NOT transaction number) on your order.
* APPLE PAY
Make sure you are NOT signed in with Apple ID when purchasing. Your email address is hidden and no link will be able to be sent to you. This will delay your ability to access your file(s) until I am available to change out your email address with Corjl.
How do I download my NON-EDITABLE items?
*DOWNLOADING FROM COMPUTER*
Instant Download files can be downloaded via the download arrow located next to your order in your purchases section.
*DOWNLOADING FROM PHONE*
Etsy App does NOT support downloading.
- Log out of Etsy App.
- Using Google search engine, go to your account and log in.
- Find order in your purchases/reviews section.
- Download arrows should now be visible to download from.
* If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to the email address associated with your order after purchase.
Do you offer printing services?
We do not offer printing services at this time! However...
If you wish to have your files professionally printed, I highly recommend Prints of Love! Your files can be quickly uploaded to their site via my unique link:

They offer high quality printing, ship within 2-3 business days and include FREE premium white envelopes with each invitation order!

TERMS OF USE
The purchase of any template is for ONE PROJECT ONLY. Creating multiple versions for various projects or events is NOT permitted.
MossandTwigPaperCo reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the above terms.
