Sterling silver contains trace amounts of nickel but does not effect most people with sensitive skin. Our solder does not have any added nickle, it is made of sterling silver containing up to 35% copper and zinc. If any of our products cause discomfort we can exchange or refund on an individual basis.

Gold filled wire is 14k gold on the outside with a brass core on the inside. It is pressure bonded,so gold fill does not wear off over time like gold plate. If a piece has an exposed tip (like an earring post for example) the brass at the very end of the wire may turn brown. This will not affect the rest of the piece.

Standard shipping within the US will be shipped USPS first class with a tracking number. International orders will be sent USPS international first class with a customs number, but a tracking number is unavailable internationally.

USPS priority shipping includes the expidited shipping option that guarantees delivery 2-3 business days from the ship date and includes $50 of insurance. You can select this as an option at checkout. If you'd like to add priority shipping to your order after it has already been placed with standard shipping, please send us a message and we will provide you with a link to upgrade.

If you go to the mall, a jeweler will measure your finger in US sizes. Or- do it my way! Measure the widest part of your finger with a super skinny long piece of paper or string, then cut to exactly where the ends match, and lay flat on a ruler.

All of our items come in a small gift box, lined with cotton. We use recycled bubble mailers for safe shipping. Gift wrapping paper and cute ribbon available for an extra $2 charge.

In the unfortunate event that a package doesn't show up to the address, but is marked delivered by the post office, we ask the customer to help pay %50 of the items value for a second package to be sent out.

If the original package is lost in the mail, and not marked as delivered by the post office, we will happily send out a second package, free of charge.
