Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach Golf & Spa

Fantastic location on the Beach. Excellent food served in the hotel, staff warm and welcoming. We travelled 6 minutes. by bus everyday to a great golf course and collected on the hour. The golf course was a tight course with beautiful greens and in top top condition.

Great hotel in a good location . For us it offered the combination of great food, good accommodation and plenty to keep our granddaughter occupied. Restaurant was excellent with attentive staff and a good choice of food for everyone. Evening entertainment was varied and better than anticipated with some professional acts. The pool areas were lovely with plenty of sun beds and although we were there in the Easter holidays it was busy but we still had a choice of sun bed areas . The pool entertainment was good especially for children without being overbearing. Only slight negative if I’m being picky was the inconsistency of room cleaning/servicing. We had 2 rooms for our small group. Shower gels etc were never replenished in one and towels were forgotten one day in the other. Our bedding was not changed at all during the week although beds were made up daily. We will possibly return next year as it really does offer overall a good balance of location and facilities. We liked the 15 min stroll into town and the quieter location away from the resort although this may not suit all. All in all a very good hotel.

18 / 03 / 2024 This being our second trip to this resort so we know the area The hotel was pleasant larger than expected the room above average size with patio area overlooking gardens generally the stay was pleasant as expected the service good, the bar staff exceptional, the reception staff average, food was of good quality a lot of choice in a buffet style, restaurant, good service staff lovely landscaping,3 pools, access to the beach and facilities However the down points, no water dispensers around the hotel, no water available at meal times unless purchased, nowhere to dry swimming costumes etc, the cleaning staff appear over worked. although the rooms were clean on the surface do not look deeper or behind the draws etc There are issues not expected in a 5 star hotel Generaly a PLESANT HOLIDAY and a GOOD HOTEL

The staff were fantastic from the moment we walked through the door especially Tom and Carlos. Rooms were spacious and tidy although the glass on the sliding doors needed a good clean and shampoo wasn’t replaced during our five night stay. Breakfast was good but not the best we’ve had in the Canaries, undercooked omelettes and slow to refill. One problem is the beach - whilst lovely and clean the Sheraton do not own the sun loungers even though they are a ‘beach resort’ it was four euros a bed. No signs to explain so whilst we paid it was causing so many problems around us it ruined the atmosphere. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the bustle of the town so be prepared to walk.

Excellent hotel right on the beach. Great facilities and lovely food. Close to the shopping centre. Only 5 mins from airport. Rooms are large and very clean. Plenty of space round the pool. Very family friendly.

Wonderful welcome on arrival... Bags taken up and prosseco while checked in....Carlos is a star! Beautiful room cleaned perfectly everyday... Good pools...plenty of loungers all day... Good breakfast....We didn't have dinner in the hotel...plenty of good restaurants in Callers,an easy 15 minute walk away... Stunning beaches! Fab holiday!

Friendly staff and very helpful.The hotel however was not deserving of 5* status , in need of a lot of TLC in places. The pool area being one of them, bird poo on loungers and Bali beds , not nice at all . Tables around pool beds some positively filthy . Pool towels in need of renewing most threadbare. Prices at pool bar laughably high, charged €44 for 2 beers and 2 burgers!!!.

Superb hotel, rooms excellent (we upgraded to a sea view). Good facilities. Well positioned on the beach front and within walking distance to local amenities. 5* accommodation but sadly let down by good quality food in the buffet restaurant ,left to go cold or a best luke warm. This let the hotel down. Breakfast average. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The Sheraton Fuerteventura was fabulous. Slightly away from the town, but this enabled lovely walks along the paved promenade. The staff were delightful, especially at reception. The bedrooms were massive, well appointed, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms excellent with separate cubicles for shower, bath and toilet from the washbasins Breakfast was excellent - loads of choice, and a lovely outdoor terrace. The bar service was excellent at night, and prices fair, for a hotel. The evening entertainment was ok - some better than others. But to be fair, we were not always there for most of it, as we were out dining in local restaurants. We were B&B in the hotel so did not eat in the buffet restaurant at night, but we DID eat in the Asian restaurant twice, and it was EXCELLENT, and very good value. The landscaping round the pool was fabulous. There were two heated pools which was great. The lovely sandy beach was just outside the back door of the hotel which was delightful, although we didn't spend much time on the beach, and there is a nice beach bar 50 yards away, set out on the breakwater, which we visited a few times for coffees or beer / sangria! Overall we loved our holiday. One negative about the hotel - I think the housekeeping let the standards down a bit - there were a few things we had to chase to be done, including replacement towels on one occasion. The prices in the Pool Bar were ridiculously high so we didn't eat there - we had lunch in the beach cafe or elsewhere, for less than half the price. It was a shame and we would have otherwise eat in the pool bar.

An excellent hotel with excellent facilities. Exceptionally comfortable & spacious bedroom & bathroom with an equally spacious balcony equpped with high spec furniture. All areas are spotlessly clean despite parts of the hotel looking a little 'tired' in places.The breakfast is of good quality &:plentiful with lots of choice....also a lovely outside terrace where one can eat at both breakfast &:evening meal. However I have to say the evening meal was very disappointing & did not compare with the breakfast ...not as much choice, badly organised cooking station, food not hot & dishes not replenished sufficiently particularly towards end of service. Plates etc not always cleared away.All members of staff were friendly & keen to be of assistance if needed.Despite adverse comments above I would return for the eexcellent relaxation it afforded us.
