  • "The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the whole property."

Every surface and floor were sticky and dirty. This was not ideal when our party included a toddler. TV’s in bedrooms didn’t work. Upon arrival the property was freezing cold and no hot water, we managed to resolve this ourselves by having to reset the boiler. This should of been checked prior to our arrival. Two of the en-suites smelt strongly of drains and the towel rail in the lower ground floor bathroom was leaking. Also there was dog mess in the garden which must of been left by a prior occupant. We had to clear this up ourselves so that we could use the garden safely with our toddler.
