This release is made from 100% locally grown, floor-malted barley and is matured for just over three years in ex-Bourbon 200-litre barrels and reconditioned American Oak 225-litre red wine casks that have been shaved, toasted and re-charred.
Cotswolds Distillery was built by ambitious American Daniel Szor, who decided to open a distillery due to a deep-rooted passion for Whisky. Before long, though, he realised just how much he enjoyed experimenting with Gin flavours…
