We gladly accept returns.♥ If you would like to make a return, please contact us and return item within 14 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. (Shipping charges are non-refundable). If you would like to return your item you will receive back the price you paid minus the cost of shipping. I am not responsible for assuming the loss of shipping service cost when mailed to your location in the occasion that you do not want to keep your item. My free shipping policy is valid only for customers that are using the free shipping and keeping their item.

IMPORTANT: We ship to the address on file with Etsy. Please DOUBLE CHECK the delivery address is correct at checkout as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Additional charges will apply to resend any returned packages to the correct address. It is your responsibility to be sure your shipping address is correct.

If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address:

a. If the package is returned to me by the USPS, it can be reshipped once a reshipment fee is paid.

b. If the package is marked as delivered and not received by either party, a report will need to be filed with the USPS for theft/missing mail by you and the post office may request you sign an affidavit for stolen mail.

All prints are custom printed and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order a wrong size so please choose carefully.

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement print free of charge. You will need to provide evidence of damage such as photos of print and packaging damage.

Please contact us right away. I stand by all of my pieces. In the event of an unfortunate accident, I will fix your jewelry if you ship it back to me. My policy is you pay shipping when sending it back, and I will pay for shipping when I send it to you. * MUST be within 14 days of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not considered a quality issue. Any quality concerns like the order arriving damaged must be addressed as soon as you receive your order.
