OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Any sealed product within 30 days after the original purchase date will be issued a full refund in the same payment method as the purchase, less shipping charges.
Any opened product within 30 days after the original purchase date will be applied as a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the purchase price, less shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICY (DOMESTIC)
Do you have your eye on something and wonder when it will arrive on your doorstep? We want to get it to you as fast as possible!
Here’s what you can expect once you’ve placed your order with us. Once your purchase is complete, and payment has been processed, your order immediately enters our system.
Within (1-2 business days), our fantastic processing team will hand-pack your order and get it ready for shipment. Once it’s all packed up and ready to go, your order will be sent via USPS.
USPS First Class shipping is the default service and will be automatically selected as your shipping method unless you choose a different option. You’ll have the option to select (First Class, 2 - 5 days, Priority, 2 days, and Priority Express, 1 Day).

NOTE ON PRIORITY EXPRESS (Overnight Shipping):
If you select Priority Express (1 Day or Overnight Shipping), orders placed before 1 pm pacific standard time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped out the following business day. Both processing times and carrier delivery estimates are in business days and do not include weekends or major holidays.
How do I track my order?
1. Within Etsy, Go to Purchases and reviews.
2. Find your order. On the Etsy app, tap your order.
3. You’ll see the shipping status to the right of your order:
✦ Not Shipped: The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Etsy.
✦ Shipped: The seller completed the order.
✦ In Transit: The seller added a tracking number, and the package has left the shipping facility.
✦ Track package: If the seller adds a tracking number, you’ll see Track Package.
You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order. Click Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.
