My order shipped very fast, a very great price for 2 jackets and they are very great quality and soft. They are perfect for the winter especially if it's cold or rainy. It's a great quality hoodie, but she left an entire word off. I requested it say his/hers since "hey friend ", it doesn't have the word since on either one. So it just says his/hers "hey friend" I was disappointed. Update: seller reached out and offered to fix the issue. Will update again once fixed
