However, there was a shipping issue and I received quick replies and assurances that if my package was lost, it would be remade and sent quickly. but the responses seemed canned and made me question a few times if I’d been scammed. However now I think it was a usps shipping issue and perhaps a language barrier for the seller. I did finally receive my ring I ordered and I love it.
