After payment, you will be allowed to download the PNG and SVG file of the card design you see in the listing image. You can use this design with a Cricut cutting machine and possibly other cutting machines as well. It's intended size is 5x7 and I would not recommend going smaller than that as your machine might not be able to make cuts that small.
