1) Make a detailed list of damages on the carriers Bill of Lading;
2) Take pictures of the damage;
3) Call Rustic WoodWorx while the carrier is present to determine a course of action.

This cooler was a surprise for my boyfriend and he loved it. It's very sturdy and well made and exactly as the pictures on the page. I live locally to their shop so I picked it up and they were nice and accommodating. We had a co-ed baby shower here a few weeks ago and all my male cousins took pictures of this cooler bc they all wanted one and all wanted the Etsy link. Thank you very much for the great product!
