As well as selling via Etsy and our website, our kits are also available from the Needlepoint Inc in San Francisco, Make Workshop in Brooklyn, Nina Chicago in Chicago, and Liberty in London.
Bypassing traditional patterns for modern abstract designs and bold harmonious colours, we make outstanding quality contemporary needlepoint kits.
Our kits are aimed at design-lovers who may have never tried needlepoint before, as well as experienced crafters who love to try new needlepoint and cross stitch designs.
Constructed by hand in the POMPOM London studio, every kit is made with highest quality, natural materials from local British suppliers.
POMPOM has crafted live in the window of Liberty department store in London, featured in Etsy’s UK TV ad and were one just of 12 UK makers showcased at the Etsy Christmas Showroom 2014. They were also one of the first UK companies to be invited join Etsy Wholesale and sells at major specialist shows in the UK including: The Handmade Fair, Hampton Court, London; and The Knitting & Stitching Show, Alexandra Palace, London.

5 out of 5 starsI really enjoyed working on this pattern. It is reasonably simple, but it’s worth working out how many stitches for each section before you start, other than that it’s a really effective design. Great customer service as well.

I studied painting at the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL in London, and my work has always involved pattern, surface, texture, and a love of shapes and forms. I started designing and making my own needlepoint projects about 12 years ago.

After studying textiles at Middlesex University, Dan became a freelance textile designer selling his contemporary designs nationally and internationally. Also based in London he joined POMPOM as Designer in 2011.

Return & Refunds - further info
POMPOM needlepoint kits are made with great care and attention, however if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us.
If you wish to return your kit to us, please contact us first, then ensuring the kit is in its original condition (complete, sealed and unstitched) send it to us within 14 days of receipt, in order for us to arrange an exchange or refund. Once a kit has been opened, we can no longer accept the product as a return for refund. Please ensure you have proof of postage as we accept no liability for loss of returns in the post. Please note we are unable to refund return postage costs.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Sometimes orders may take a little longer depending on stock levels. Once we have your order we will email you a confirmation and an estimated dispatch date. Delivery time after dispatch is dependent on destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Due to the current situation all orders will be sent via UPS or Fedex premium services. This can take approx 1-3 days from dispatch but may take longer at this time.
UK SHIPPING
We are currently sending all our parcels via courier taking approx 1-2 days from dispatch, but may be a little longer.
All shipments are insured by us. We will email you a confirmation of dispatch with tracking number so you can follow your kit's travelling progress.
About our kits
POMPOM Needlepoint kits are designed and produced in the UK and are available for shipping direct to you worldwide.
Each kit contains the following:
1. Zweigart canvas with printed design and colour key for you to make a shade card
2. Ample quantities of super soft, 100% Pure New Wool, Anchor Tapisserie yarn
3. Two John James, size 18, steel needlepoint/ tapestry needles (little kits just have one)
4. Full instructions - from opening the pack to completing the final pillow.
5. Full colour image of the completed kit for your reference
