Please remember to check the overnight temps between me and you and if they are below 40 degrees, a heat pack is needed and can be added to your cart before you check out.
We ship via USPS and we ship daily Monday to Friday as etsy schedules the orders. We do not ship on USPS holidays or weekends. We do ship over 200 + plants a day.

Nearly all of our plants are of grower's selection. The pictures are of 1 or 2 plants from the cop of plants that are available, which is generally around 100-500 plants of each crop. We ship a high number of plants each day that we are not able to send individual pictures of each plant. The picture taken will represent the plant listed, please keep in mind that not every plant is of the same size and variety and not look alike always. We follow industry standards of selling the plants based on the pot size and shipping as the order comes up for processing. Only plants that have a specific number to them will be the exact plant that is listed and matching number will be shipped and they are only 1 of each number.

We do not refund damaged plants after they are shipped and usps charges/accepts the package. We will work with you though. Please send pictures through the order message system.

Any damage to a plant must be reported to us within 2 business days and be sent with pictures of the plant and the package/box for review, this is not negotiable. We will review the pictures and message and proceed from there. Please keep in mind that Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express are the only shipping forms that have insurance on them, but still must be approved by the USPS. The USPS will require to see the plant and the box for inspection with any damages reported. Send Pictures of plant and the box.

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE USPS IF THEY DELAY YOUR PACKAGE. PLEASE SEND PICTURES AND MESSAGE THROUGH THE ORDER IF AN ISSUE ARISES.

YOU CAN ALSO OPEN A CLAIM WITH THE USPS FOR THEIR ISSUES. Negative reviews for cold weather damage or USPS delays are not acceptable and beyond our control.

I do offer a discount shipping upgrade for First Class to Priority for $4.50

I also have Priority Express upgrade for $35 for a plant in my store for the expensive and sensitive plants.

My shop policy is a shipping label is created ONLY when the plant is pulled, packaged and delivered to the shipper on the same exact day. These are live plants and I want the tracking to be accurate. Pending acceptance means that the 100-250 daily packages were delivered to the shipper at that time each business day and we are charged for the postage when it is scanned pending. We have no control after this point as the shipper has the package.

IF YOU MESSAGE, PLEASE SEND A FEW PICTURES OF THE PLANT AND AT LEAST 1 PICTURE OF THE ENTIRE PLANT AND THE SHIPPING BOX. PLEASE GIVE ME TIME TO RESPOND AS THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND FEDERAL SHIPPING HOLIDAYS. THANK YOU. STAY SAFE. Please message from the actual plant order.

Please do not leave a bad rating if the plant was delayed by weather or transit delays which are out of our control. We should be contacted first. Thank you. You can also open a lost mail investigation claim with the USPS for any package that does not show any scans since it was delivered to the USPS as pending acceptance. The USPS will answer you directly. Please also send me the case number to update the order.

I am a small family nursery shop and try to do the right thing for my customers. All pictures of plants are not the exact plant that you will receive unless noted with a specific tag/number. all other plants will be of similar nature. Please keep in mind that no 2 plants are identical or growth patterns as they are individual living creatures. Many of my plants are very popular and sell very quickly and my inventory can change as Etsy processes a sale.

We try our best to get the orders packaged and delivered to the USPS as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of being ordered, but please allow up to 5 business days, as we only ship from Monday - Friday and are subject to all Postal Holidays. The orders are shipped in the same order that Etsy sends them to us after your purchase.
We do also offer Priority mail and Priority Express Mail that you can add to your order prior to check out.

Communications and Responses: We are a very small family business that concentrates on shipping your order as quickly as possible. We cannot respond to messages simultaneously, so PLEASE be patient with us in the time it takes us to find time to address any message or concern that you may have. Please include your order number on all messages and you can message us through the order so the messages are linked together. Refer to your check-out for Processing time and e-mail with tracking number.
