An ashtray can be not a usual ash tray but a masterpiece which decorates your house and outlines the features of your interior. Here is a hand forged ashtray in a view of a crab.

The sizes, colour and weight can differ a bit from one piece to another since it is hand made work.

It is a pretty big, pretty heavy and sturdy crab!

Colour: black covered with bronze patina and some copper/gold/red wine patina.

It has a hinged lid. It can be opened and closed when you do not smoke.

A blacksmith handed over in this composition exactly all the features of a real crab. There is no difference between this one and the alive one. Mixture of different patina colors gives this sculpture much more beauty!

WAY OF PRODUCTION
The way how it was created: we combine traditional blacksmith techniques, perfected over hundreds of years of experimentation and development , with modern forms and methods to produce beautifully distinct pieces of functional art. Each piece is forged at extremely high temperature and hammered by hand. Pliable when glowing hot, the iron is shaped into graceful, flowing forms. In our world of high technology, there is a distinct place for organic forms and hand-wrought metal design elements.
