Every book cover set that I sell is made to order and hand crafted, which makes every set unique. With this, there may be slight variations in the finish of each set, especially those that have a metallic foil finish. Due to how the foiling process works the foil could have a patina or patchy look to it, and this is normal for the style. It is hard to show this exactly in photographs, so please message me if you have any further questions.

I hold my standards very high and promise that each set is quality checked to meet those standards prior to shipping out. I am happy to answer any questions regarding your cover set if you are unhappy, but please be aware that most "flaws" in the finish are a normal.

My processing time is listed as 3-4 weeks. This is because every item is hand made by myself and made to order, meaning I do not start making the item until your order is placed. To ensure that every item is made perfectly, I set a longer processing time so that every item can be made to meet my quality standards before being shipped out to you.

I do my best to ship items out quicker than that estimate whenever possible, and I appreciate your patience when it comes to making sure you are getting a handmade item that is made with care and love :)

I am not responsible for replacing or refunding any order due to customer misunderstandings. This includes but is not limited to:

• Failure to check book size prior to ordering
• Placing an order for the incorrect size, paper type, colour, or set, and failing to contact me within 2 weeks with a request to change
• Ignoring or failing to read disclaimers in product descriptions
• Ignoring production times and estimated shipping dates prior to ordering
