Yes, we combine shipping - it’s done automatically when you order more than one item. The more you buy the less you pay for the shipping. It is very profitable to buy multiple items.

There are 2 things that may have happened.

1. The package is still traveling but the post is not updating the tracking.
In this case, we recommend going to your local post office and asking them about the location of the package or if there is a package in your name. But we recommend you do it in 21 workdays after it was shipped.
2. The package was lost When it arrived in your country. That is why the last update was when the package left our country.
In this case, we can issue a refund.

If you still do not receive your parcel after some waiting time, please go ahead and track your item with provided tracking number on your LOCAL post office website, which would show the most updated and detailed information about your parcel. Most postal carriers require a signature of an authorized recipient for international parcels and if you are not at home at the time of delivery they would leave a notice. Please contact your local post office ASAP, if you wait too long to claim this parcel, it would eventually be sent back to us. Once it is sent back to us we would have to ask you for a re-shipping fee to send it to you again. Please note that only the fee for the goods, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your package. We will try to resolve the problem quickly, all cases will be discussed personally.
For the payment refund, the purchase must be not damaged, in the same condition, UNUSED as we sent it. A refund will be made after the purchase is returne. The shipping cost and Etsy fees will not be refunded.
In case you refuse / cannot pick up your parcel from the Post office and it comes back to us, only fee for the good, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded.
From the Free shipping purchases the shipping cost will be deducted anyway.

Please send us a conversation after making the purchase and attach the photos you want to use in that message.
Note we will engrave your item based on the information you have provided. If no information is provided no engraving will be done. We do not check to spell so please make sure that any spelling is correct before submitting your order.
If you would like your item engraved with a design, please send me the file you have.
Please specify what design or font you would like me to use. Also, specify if you'd rather Iike picked out a font for you.
I will type up your request and email you the proof of what the engraving will look like.
