Succulents are live plant and they do change color during different season, we try our best to provide the most updated photo in our store, and the condition when you receive the plant, but we can't control the environment where the plants go to,and how they grow there, so the color might change in new environment.

For shipping safety, we will wash and dry out succulents before shipping, which will take 2-3 days. When the succulents are dried out, they look soft or darker than shown in picture. It will revive and become chubby and colorful after you grow them.

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Succulents are live and delicate plants, if you receive the plant damaged or rotten, please contact us immediately. We will kindly provide refund or replacement for plants died within 3 days after delivery, except some succulents like Lenore Dean(CC), Orostachys and all pre order succulents. We don't accept return or exchange request simply because you don't like the plant or the plant died after 3 days.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us or request cancellation before the order been marked "Shipped". We can't cancel the order or provide refunds for you after the package being dropped in post office.

We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.

Some plants will be cut and some soil will be removed for the safety of the plant during the shipment. The images on the listings are for REFERENCE purpose only. The pictures may be of different seasons/stages of growth and/or mass planted mature plants for landscaping vision. Please expect to plant your plants ASAP.

We highly recommend to buy the heat pack in the winter. We will try our best to ship your succies in cold weather, with this heat pack, the plants will be safe during those cold nights.
If you choose not to ship with the heat pack, that is fine by us, but we will not be responsible for loss or damage to the plants due to cold weather.

When you receive your package, please check the whole package and make sure all succulents are there, some succulents are large and packed by polyfil, some are very small and packed by tissue paper only, please don't threw away the small one.

We don't accept claim of missing item if you don't have a clear picture or video of unpacking process, or you claim the missing package or missing item after the deliver date.

We have no control over USPS, so if your package is lost in the mail, please contact USPS for claim.

If your items were damaged during shipment, please claim with USPS. They need to inspect the packaging box and damaged items, please keep them until the inspection is done.

Live plants may have growth marks, stressed spots, sun spots or some scars from outdoor growing, which are very normal for outdoor growing succulents, this is the way to stress them for compact shape and pretty color.

Sometimes bottom parts of the plants may have sunspots because we put the plants upside down to dry the plants.
