There are different levels of GeForce Now, all delivering next-gen cloud gaming. But with different scales depending on what you need or how you want to play.

GeForce Now Priority

GeForce Now Priority gives you access to a premium rig with RTX on, priority access to GeForce premium servers, a longer session length and up to 60 FPS 1080p.

Once I’ve purchased my bundle, how do I claim my GeForce Now subscription?

Once you’ve purchased your selected bundle and it’s been despatched to you, we’ll send you a text confirming your order along with instructions on how to claim your GeForce NOW subscription. If everything is correct then reply to us with the response ‘GEFORCE’ and we’ll send you a unique voucher code to claim your subscription. If you haven’t received either your confirmation message or your unique voucher code then please contact EE Help and Support.

I’ve got my unique voucher code. How do I redeem it?

If you’ve received your code, you’ll need to visit: https://redeem.nvidia.com where you can enter it. You’ll then need to follow the remaining on screen instructions to complete the activation.

When you’re done, visit https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce-now/download/ and download the GeForce NOW app to your device to start playing. Or, you can access GeForce NOW via your browser. Just go to GeForce NOW.

I’m having some issues with my voucher. What do I do?

If you haven’t received your unique voucher code, or you have and it’s not working then please contact EE Help and Support.

How can I ensure I have the best possible connection to GeForce NOW?

For the best gaming results NVIDIA recommends a connection speed of at least 15Mbps to stream in 720p and 25Mbps for a 1080p stream. They also suggest using an Ethernet connection if you’re Wi-Fi is struggling.

If these issues continue then you should contact your broadband provider. If your Broadband connection is with EE you can contact EE Help and Support or call us on 150.

What happens when my GeForce NOW subscription comes to an end?

Your NVIDIA GeForce Now subscription with EE won’t auto renew at this time. However, this is a feature we’re working hard to get for you. Keep a look out for communications from us nearer to the date that your subscription is set to end.

What if I want to cancel my bundle contract with EE before its end date?

If you wish you cancel your contract with EE for the bundle package you signed up for, that’s okay. However, you’ll have to pay off the remaining balance left on your contract outright. If this is something you’d like to do then you should contact EE customer services.

Does NVIDIA GeForce NOW come with free games, or do I have to buy them separately?

To play games on GeForce NOW you’ll need to sign-in or sign-up to an existing game store or publisher like EPIC, Steam, Ubisoft Connect, EA Origin or GOG. All of these stores have free-to-play games and titles that you can purchase. Once your chosen games are added to your library, they’re yours to play. I just want to play Fortnite. How do I do this?

If you’re trying to play Fortnite on GeForce NOW then you’ll need to set up or sign in to an EPIC account and sync it to your GeForce Now library. The good news is that Fortnite is completely free so once this is done, you’re good to go. It’s worth noting that it’s possible to play Fortnite from any mobile device on your web browser. I’m new to Cloud gaming. What is it?

Cloud gaming is a way of playing video or PC games using remote servers, usually housed in data centres. You don’t have to download and install games on your PC or console. Instead, all you need is a reliable internet connection to send content to an app or browser that’s running on your device. Your game is rendered and played on the remote server, but you see and interact with everything on your device from your location of choice. Sort of like Netflix but for gaming.

I’m having issues with the controller’s Bluetooth connectivity, what can I do?

I’m having difficulty using the controller with GeForce NOW in Windows, what can I do?

If you are having issues with the controller not working as expected with GeForce NOW on Windows, you can install GeForce NOW via Steam, and run the application through that. This should resolve any issues you're facing. To download Steam, follow this link.
