Each cookie is hand made to order. Each box is packaged ensure fresh flavor and has a shelf life of 3 weeks. After 3 weeks cookies in an air tight, freezer safe container, can be stored for up to 6 months.

Turn around time is very quick. Items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days priority mail. I package my cookies with cardboard, bubble wrap and padding to prevent breakage. Although breakage is very rare, it does happen due to the nature of shipping companies and lack of care for packages. Unfortunately, refunds are not offered for broken cookies.
