1 out of 5 starsBuyer BEWARE!!!! If I could rate him even lower I would. Vendor substituted poor quality black elephants that look nothing like the picture!!! Since you have to pay with PayPal Etsy won’t get involved to resolve my problem!! First he tried to tell me people like the black elephants better, then he said for me to send them back at MY EXPENSE and he would rework them. The trunks don’t even fit and are way too large!!!

3 out of 5 starsItem (Ceylon Alba cinnamon sticks) arrived with canister crushed but sticks intact. While I know mail service could be responsible, I feel seller could have provided sturdier shipping container. What if it were for a gift? A box would have been better than an envelope when traveling 9000 miles for weeks. Also, item 'best before' date is January 5th of this year (packed in Jan of 2022), and it just arrived last month. It wouldn't let me review the item until the 21st of this month. Seriously???
