Our garlands are designed to allow spacing between the balls. Once the felt elements are evenly spaced out approx 2-3" they will fill most of the total twine length. You may choose to push the balls together which will shorten the overall length, extra string can be cut. We design our garlands this way to give you the option of customizing the length to your preference.
**For shipping purposes the garlands arrive condensed, simply move the felt elements to your preferred spacing.

Example:
4 FT length when poms are pushed together measures approx 2 FT, when balls are spaced the overall length is approx 4 FT, the extra string is included to allow spacing between the balls.
Shorter garlands are great for smaller spaces such as a shelf, 6-8 FT work well in a larger space such as a mantel.
