Please contact us within 7 days of your item being delivered. We will either refund you or we can ship out a replacement. Please take a picture of the damaged product and the box or envelope so we can make a claim. Also if your item is a gift please check it before gifting it!

Please contact us with any custom ideas. We would be glad to draw you something up! Also we can change a color in one of our products if you would like.

We ask you to please exercise as much patience as possible with the USPS. They are currently struggling with a huge influx of holiday order, covid issues and severe weather situations which is causing packages to be delayed as much as a month. We are truly sorry about this but once the package leaves us it is out of our control and we just have to exercise patience. We do not issue refunds or accept order cancellations for any reason including on orders delayed in transit by USPS because every item we make is made to order just for you.

We do not accept cancelations or exchanges at any time. We make every item to order and once ordered, we cut glass and spend time working on your order so we will not be able to cancel or exchange orders for any reason at all. This policy is firm so please understand that once ordered, your order cannot be canceled and we will be shipping it out to you once finished.

No. Pricing is firm at the time of your order. We run sales a few times through the year and usually announce them on social media. If you order at full price and the next day the item goes on sale, that’s unfortunate but I’m afraid we don’t cancel orders or refund so you can get the new temporary sale price. All sales final.

We make every item to order - please check turn around times on individual products prior to purchase. Usually it’s 1-4 weeks from the time of your purchase that you will receive an email providing you a tracking number for your package. We provide tracking on all orders. If you haven’t received a shipping and tracking notification by the day after the stated turn around time for the product you ordered, please feel free to send me a message and I’ll provide an update - but this is VERY rare. If I’m running behind, I’ll always message you prior to your scheduled ship date to let you know. The nice packages leave us, they are out of our hands. Usps are in complete control of how long the package takes.

We use brand new, good quality packaging to ship our items so In the very rare event of an item arriving to your damaged in some way, we will be happy to provide you a replacement item BUT only if you can send several clear photographs of the damaged item AND photographs of the damaged packaging. If you do not provide photos of the damaged packaging we are unable to make the claim via USPS and will be unable to replace the item for you. Please understand that if you break the item yourself we will be happy to make repairs but you will need to pay for shipping f both ways and if the item is substantially broken due to dropping for example, we may require further payment in order to repair the item.

We make every single item to order in the order they come in to us. Sometimes the orders go out in days but often can take up to 4 weeks to ship. We will keep you posted if there are delays.
Please understand that we may not be the best store to order from if you have a last minute gift in mind because we do not cancel or refund orders if you place your order late. We recommend placing an order with us 6-8 weeks prior to the date you need the item.
We put a great deal of love and time into our work and we hope you find the items to be worth the wait.
If you need to expedite your order, we offer a paid skip to the front of the line but please contact us prior to placing your order to be sure we can accommodate.
